Pregnancy brings so many shifts, physically, emotionally, and in daily life. I help by teaching safe body mechanics for lifting, moving, and caregiving (especially helpful for C-section recovery), offering tools to manage fatigue with realistic routines, and guiding gentle, breath-centered movements that support your core and pelvic floor. With your comfort and strength in mind, we build awareness that carries into postpartum healing.

Preparing for Functional Changes

Your space should support your well-being, not add to your stress. I help you set up your home in ways that reduce strain, support healing, and make baby care more manageable. Whether it’s organizing diaper stations, making everyday tasks easier to reach during recovery, or designing restful sleep spaces for both you and baby, we create an environment that feels as supportive as the care you’re giving.

Environmental Setup

Preparing for motherhood is more than just logistics it’s an emotional transition, too. I offer space to explore this shift in identity, help you build routines that support emotional regulation, and introduce mindfulness tools to ease overwhelm. Together, we also talk through the signs of postpartum depression so you feel informed and equipped with a plan for support, should you need it.

Mental & Emotional Wellness

Daily life changes dramatically after birth. I help you create practical, nurturing routines for personal care, meal prep, and household tasks, so you feel more grounded and less overwhelmed in those early weeks. We also practice infant care skills like babywearing, soothing, or bath time, and I guide your partner or support person in how to truly show up for you in meaningful ways.

Planning for Daily Occupations

You don’t have to do it all on your own. I help you build your postpartum care circle by identifying the people and resources who can offer real support, whether it’s meals, chores, or emotional check-ins. I also connect you with trusted professionals like lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, and doulas, so you have a strong network in place when baby arrives.
